Owner, Richard Gutknecht, has worked in the industry for over 33 years. His approach to service is to diagnose the problem, understanding the elements affected rather than "swap out parts" in hopes of fixing the problem. He is a true "technician" expertly trained in each of these manufacturers: Isuzu, Alfa Romeo and Fiat.

What is ASE? ASE is a national program conducted by the non-profit National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. ASE certifies the technical competence of individual technicians, not repair facilities. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence to themselves, to their employers, and to their customers. Finding a competent auto technician need not be a matter of chance. Much of the guesswork has been eliminated, thanks to (ASE).
