Owner, Richard Gutknecht, has worked in the industry for over 33 years. His approach to service is to diagnose the problem, understanding the elements affected rather than "swap out parts" in hopes of fixing the problem. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence to themselves, to their employers, and to their customers. Finding a competent auto technician need not be a matter of chance. Much of the guesswork has been eliminated, thanks to (ASE).
